Horrible management. Annabelle, who was apparently the shift manager at this location on 10/24/2025 at 9:50pm. Where the fryer and fry prep area was being cleaned so all the fry orders were made in a cardboard box! I waited 25 minutes for my order just to receive cold fries. I asked for a replacement and waited another 15 minutes for fries while I was at this point requesting to speak to the manager. After asking several employees for the manager several times I was met by an employee who the manager sent out instead. I told that person that this conversation was for the manager not a regular member of the crew and was met with hostility and anger. “Well if you want that you have your just call back in the morning because she is busy “ wow, I am given my new order of fries and leave to my car. Once inside my car I try one of the fries and it tastes of chemicals, they left a foul taste in my mouth. I go back inside and ask again for the manager or anyone who will take any pride in their job to just refund my fries. After coming back inside no one is coming to help and I have to announce that I need assistance as the entire store is talking, sweeping one spot, or celebrating a birthday party in the back of the store with the do nothing manager. Oh and when you call the store like I was demanded to it does not go through or get answered. A manager who cannot properly manage and a franchise owner who does not care about their business is the only thing that can ruin McDonald.
