  La atención es super mala cuando se viene a levantar una orden los trabajan pasan por el lado de uno y se les pide ayuda y no ponen cuidado y se tardan mucho tiempo en preparar las órdenes

  This place was horrible. I do not recommend this one the fries had no seasoning and they gave me a bunch of salt packets and I poured the salt into it. It made my food salty, and the chicken sandwich doesn’t taste right

  TERRIBLE and unacceptable service. Do NOT recommend. Today, 12/18/2025, my experience at this McDonald’s was completely unacceptable. Out of four self-order kiosks, only one was working, and despite this, the staff refused to take our order at the front register, showing a clear lack of customer service. The food was not brought to our table, even though we were given a table number. When we finally picked it up, the food was cold and poor quality: fries with no salt and chicken nuggets with a stale, old taste. When we reported this, no real solution was offered—they simply reheated the food. We were also not given napkins. We asked for salt and buffalo sauce for a group of five people, and they only gave us one of each, without asking or showing any concern for proper service. The dining area was extremely dirty: stained tables, crumbs, and trash on chairs and seats. We had to move tables three times. This is not a staffing issue, it is poor organization and bad management. I also worked at McDonald’s, and I know these standards are not acceptable. Until this location truly improves its service, I do NOT recommend it. _______________ Ahora al Español: Servicio pésimo e inaceptable. No lo recomiendo. Hoy, 12/18/2025, la experiencia en este McDonald’s fue totalmente inaceptable. De 4 pantallas para ordenar, solo 1 funcionaba y aun así se negaron a tomar la orden en caja, lo cual demuestra una clara falta de atención al cliente. La comida no fue llevada a la mesa, pese a que nos dieron número. Cuando finalmente la recogimos, estaba fría y de muy mala calidad: papas sin sal y nuggets con sabor viejo/rancio. Al reportarlo, no ofrecieron ninguna solución real, únicamente la recalentaron. Además, no proporcionaron servilletas. Pedimos sal y salsa búfalo para 5 personas y solo entregaron una de cada una, sin preguntar ni mostrar interés por dar un servicio adecuado. El área interior estaba extremadamente sucia: mesas manchadas, migajas, basura en sillas y asientos. Tuvimos que cambiarnos de mesa tres veces. Esto no es falta de personal, es desorganización y mala gestión. Yo también trabajé en McDonald’s y sé que estos estándares no son aceptables. Hasta que este lugar realmente mejore su servicio, NO lo recomiendo.
