I ordered the holiday cookie shake for my daughter and it was such a disappointment. The only flavor she tasted was vanilla. There was no cookie in this shake. It was runny and didn’t taste like a shake. I ordered the strawberry shake and I too, was quite disappointed. Very runny, not a thick consistency like a shake should be. Did they even put any ice cream? We both threw them away. Waste of money. Won’t be going there again.

An I let them know they kept arguing with me that they didn’t. I had to pull up my bank account to prove to them I wasn’t lying. The second time was more recent. A employee with curly hair and piercings got my order wrong, she forgot to add a drink. So I pull up to the window and ask if I can add a drink. I’ll pay for it of course. They proceed to talk shit to the other employees right in front of me saying that I was trying to get a free drink. I had to intervene and repeat 4 or 5 times. That I just wanted to add another drink to my order and I will pay for it. Since they forgot to add it the first time. An they just kept on trying to argue with me saying I was in the wrong. In the end they gave the drink to me for free even though I told them I was willing to pay for it. An gave me attitude.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
