I understand that it gets busy sometimes but the manager on that shift (ANGEL) managed the whole situation poorly. 40 min in I asked if my pizza would be coming out soon. The cashier at the time just smiled and said it should be out any minute. 1 hour and 10 min into to it again I asked what number they were on according to the orders. So the cashier went and asked the manager ( ANGEL ) where they were on the numbers. He responded with "were only focusing on the online orders right now, tell him 30 more min". At this point I was pretty upset and asked the cashier politely "so what number are you guys in for the people waiting at the store?". At this point I had just found out that I was still 54 orders behind everyone else waiting for their pizza. At an 1hr and 35min in asked for my refund as they took another 15 min to give me my money back. Its ridiculous that this franchise has such an inept useless manager ( ANGEL ) managing one of their stores. Almost 2hrs waiting for one large pizza, and I didn't even get that.
