The crust was charred to a crisp, and the cheese was brown and hard. It tasted like ash. On top of that, it was extra greasy and you can see it on the box. I called the store to complain, and the person who answered was apologetic and offered a free pizza. I have been loyal to Dominos and they have never disappointed me but this time, it was different. I hope they can do better. Some people might like it extra burnt but it is not something that we have ever had. I hope Domino's can get their act together and have better quality control. This drives customers away from their business. They can always call me to discuss. I made the purchase on 08-06-2025 at around 5:06pm and it was delivered to me It was order # 74 for reference.
