The one that helped us kept rolling her eyes when I asked for 4 scoops of ice cream in cups. I did not appreciate it. The good thing is that a mother and her kid son came in after us and were treated like crap too lol so it wasn't just us. They obviously hate working. Sad

We waited for a couple minutes and saw someone come from the back through the window. She did not acknowledge us. We were assuming she was coming to open the door. I understand if she was on her break or lunch, but it shouldn’t be advertised that they are open at a certain time when they are not, or at least put a time one will be back so we know to wait or not.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
