    I have given BR too many chances and they just can't redeem themselves. I overpaid for a lousy 2-"scoop" sundae yet again. Scoops are supposed to be 2.5 ounces. As a former BR store manager, I can tell you they were NOT 2.5 Oz scoops. In my image I had barely spooned up two mouthfuls of ice cream. Look how empty the cup is!!! The whipped cream was missing, online order, and there was hardly a paddle of hot fudge. Even Starbucks uses more ice in their frappe compared to the amount of ice cream in these so-called sundaes. I do not see BR surviving much longer. The service to wait for a mobile order was also absurd. Save yourself money and purchase the off-brand ice cream, buy your own fudge and whipped cream and make delicious sundaes and shakes at home for much, much cheaper!

    EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! I came into this location last night and saw them doing the most unsanitary things and contaminating the ice cream we all are scooped from . Before we were served a guy was preparing an online or over the phone order. So he got a bag, sat it on the counter behind him and started packing the ice cream in it. He then takes the bag to the register counter and sat it there. (I guess to print the receipt) From there he literally put the contaminated bag that were on multiple surface's into the ice cream case where customers are scooped ice cream from and sat the bag on top of the ice creams. The germs and debris on the bottom of that bag that sat on top of open ice cream could get everyone sick. So many people approach the checkout counter that are coughing, sneezing, touching and where money is exchange is NOT clean or sanitary at all. I asked the guy is that sanitary to do and he just said, “this is what we do here”. There are many freezers in that store to put bags in until the customer arrives, yet they think it’s okay to place a dirty bag on top of open containers of ice cream . And image if I wanted ice cream from the buckets that the bag was on, he’d slide the bag over to contaminate other flavors of ice cream. So disgusting! The worst part about this is that a store manager was there!!!

    Mariah helped my family out today and was excellent. Very patient and helping us get what we needed. The ice cream here was delicious. Love it and highly recommend coming here.

    Maria is always extremely friendly and has such a special smile on her face which is so warm and welcoming. She’s very helpful and takes her time and never makes me feel rushed.
