- VHvianca hernandezApr 16, 20261.0rude customer service I came around 9:50 for a drink and it was absolutely disgusting at first the drink tasted normal til I started to get a weird after taste of medicine and I went all the way back to this dutch bros to get a refund as soon as i got there it was 10:00 there was this nice lady at first who was willing to remake my drink but i could over hear them telling her to tell me no because its 10 I feel like i wasn’t asking for to much but a remake, but unfortunately not even that so i asked for my refund and they told me at 10 there computers and drawers shut off so they can’t give me a refund which sounds pretty stupid whoever they called over seemed like a manager with short blonde hair was so rude couldn’t even apologize just basically told me oh well u paid for a horrible made drink never recommend coming here worse customer service ever.!!!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
