  If I’m expected to pay $19 for a meal that includes one bowl, I expect all the ingredients to be fresh. However, I received stale chips, old lettuce, and I am very disappointed for the price. I paid for unfresh food and will not be returning.

  A general manager needs to check up on this store! Im not sure if is the manager or a leader at this location ( she’s like 5’0 mid black hair) this lady abuses her authority by mistreating the crew members she just walk in the store with a rude attitude and started screaming at the workers specially a guy that was on grill. HR needs to check this out. This lady needs to be retrained and have her anger issues treated. I feel sad and second hand embarrassment for the workers. No one should be treated this way. Workers report this abusive leader or manager sue her.

  Id give it 0 stars if i could my lulu bear went in to get the bogo chipotle burrito for national burrito day and the worker said it was okay that you didnt need the app then made her get the app but my lulu bear ruru bears phone died and she couldnt get it because the lady was saying no after she promised the loveof my life she would get 2 burritos which PMO. She threw away one of the burritos and left my baby hanging. SO NOT COOL. my poor goose waddled empty handed and shedding tears. not cool chipotle 😑.

  Came in around 9:00 PM and the restaurant was almost empty, yet the food line looked like they were already closed. Most of the meats were completely gone and the rice was nearly empty. They don’t close until 11 PM, so customers shouldn’t be walking into a half-empty line two hours before closing. What made it worse was the attitude from the staff. No effort to restock anything and the customer service was terrible. It felt like we were bothering them just for trying to order food. If a restaurant is open, the food should actually be available and the staff should at least act like they care. Very disappointing experience. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

  Customer service was really bad. Person doing my bowl was too busy worrying about her boyfriend bringing her dog to work, that she forgot that she was still doing my bowl.The cashier didn't even care that I was waiting to pay my food. Took her sweet time because she was too busy gossiping about her going to Japan. Food looked old and didn't taste that good .
