  The food at this location is usually good, and service has generally been okay, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I placed a pickup order tonight and was not notified of any issue until I arrived at the store to pick up my food. At that point, I was told they were having an oven issue. While I completely understand that equipment problems happen, what is not acceptable is failing to communicate that they were no longer able to fulfill orders before customers made the trip to the store. What made the experience worse was the way the refund was handled. When I asked what the process would be, I was initially told to call back tomorrow for a refund. After explaining that I did not think it should be my responsibility to follow up over an issue on their end, I then had to speak with the store manager, only to be told that it would be refunded automatically. I have used this location multiple times, both personally and for work catering, so this was especially frustrating. A simple call, text, or update before I arrived would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, based on how this was handled, I will not be returning.

  The pizza tastes great but they are always very late whenever I pick up my pizzas. I will order earlier in the day for an evening pick up (at a specific time) and then when I go pick it up I am waiting 15-25 minutes. It’s so frustrating. Prepare to have a long wait.

  I am reviewing a chain pizza place and I’m aware of it. I rate it 5 stars for what it is. Ordered a special large unlimited toppings for 9.99. Both pizzas were loaded with toppings and delicious. The staff was very nice, I asked for plates, ranch etc. and they smiled and took care of me. Oh I ordered at 4 on a Sunday and the order was ready in 15 minutes, that’s a huge bonus

  Papa John’s pizza always delivers above-average flavor. The cheese in the crust is generous, and dipping it in the garlic butter enhances the taste. I ordered delivery, and the delivery time was reasonable.
