- SFSergio Sa Filho1 day ago1.0Seriously understaffed. I am writing this review because the current staffing levels are doing a total disservice to both the customers and the employees. I waited 30 minutes for a smoothie, and after 45 minutes, I had to ask about my Acai bowl, only to find out it had been forgotten. The two employees working were clearly overwhelmed and doing their best, but it is impossible for two people to handle a rush of that volume efficiently. I ultimately decided to leave without my order because I didn't want to further delay other customers by asking for a refund. I told the staff to keep the order as a tip, they certainly earned it for the stress they were under. To be clear: This is not a staff performance issue; it is a management failure. You cannot run a store this busy with only two people. If this is resolved by my next visit, I will be happy to come back and increase my rating, but for now, the experience was frustrating.

Unfortunately i never got the other girls name who was making the drinks- but she came with the same great energy and professionalism. It was my first time here; drinks were great! Both their service is 100% the reason i will be back- they both deserve some recognition- 12/10 for them!
