  Upon coming in staff is more concerned about being on their phones, then assisting. Staff seemed disoriented and to not know what they were doing. Or at least certainly not want to be doing their job. Also did not have the normal selection of protein they’re sliced ham was completely different so it was not their norm. Not certain what kind or quality they were replaced it with. They gave minimal servings and requested to charge more when we didn’t get the normal serving in the first place. I’ve come to this specific location a couple times over the years and each time it has been a Terrible service. They should definitely take some time to supervise this store as I’m certain they’re losing plenty of money and customers and paying for people to be on their phone and seemingly even under the influence. When requesting for the manager’s information, they stated that they did not have it, but I could contact Folsom in attempt to get a hold of him, but then stated they could call for me. 1/7/26 @ approximately 5 PM.

  Was craving some Subway and my local restaurant was closed so we decided to make the drive to Folsom. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very kind and friendly older gentleman. He made our sandwiches and we had a small conversation. He was so welcoming he made the drive worth it and honestly I would return just because of the amazing service he provided to us.

  Its amazing i get a spicy nacho ….. i mean its delicious i like the customer service the guy work at night i think his name haidi …. He is so genuine person ….love that location …. Recommend to everyone try once ….
