It was very obvious the blade had not been cleaned even before our sandwiches as there were signs of other sauces/avocado on it and it got placed into the vegetables by the sauces. There were also no signs of other customers having been in this store before is and certainly none leaving as we entered. Luckily none of us have any allergies but that is super dangerous.
