I forgot to pick up an order of bagels my wife had ordered and was nervous they were not going to have the quantity we ordered after they donated the bagels I failed to pick up. They were able to accommodate the order and went above and beyond to make this happen for us. We are always beyond pleased with our experience here at Noah’s Bagels locally and the staff is always amazing. We will continue to value our experiences here and happy to be a customer of Noah’s Bagels at the Palladio in Folsom.

Dirty hand marks all over the bag and box, staff too busy to change gloves after touching other things. Staff has to use their hands to pull garbage bin out from under the counter or instead just throw trash on the floor. Gloves never changed.

They tried to slice my bakers dozen immediately after removal from baking then packed them with plastic bags on top of them. This resulted in a box of dough that didn't even resemble bagels. I get that you're baking them fresh, awesome. But if you're that behind, alert the person picking them up that this could be an issue (we were there waiting). Didn't even look like bagels, smashed flat dough basically. Noah's are usually fantastic, do better Folsom Noah's.
