  As far as McDonald's go, this one must be at half speed. Going through the drive thru, curbside pickup, and going inside are all equally slow options. Last time I was there for curbside pickup. I waited 15 minutes then went inside. Upon walking inside I see an older gentleman sitting at a table in the lobby wearing a headset. He makes eye contact with me, gets up, grabs my food that was already prepared and puts it on the black tray used for curbside. He starts walking out pretending he doesn't know it's mine. I politely tell him it's mine and I can take it from there. No apology, no sorry. I get to the car to discover luke warm fries, a soda with ice beginning to melt, and a burger with cheese begging to consolidate. Do better. There's no reason for this location to be that much worse than any other McDonald's.

  Went here for lunch and ordered 2 mcdoubles that somehow took 30 mins to make. Slow and bad service

  This McDonald's on Auburn Folsom Road delivers exactly what you expect - consistent food quality, fast service, and good prices. You know what you're getting every time. They're transitioning to an automated ordering system, which is efficient but takes some getting used to. The location is convenient and the staff keeps things moving quickly. A solid choice for quick, affordable meals when you're in the area!

  I didn’t order. Perhaps another time. The ordering machine wasn’t something I’m familiar with. I need to get out more often. Tables outside shaded by umbrellas. Inside seating limited. UPDATE Dec 8: Ordered/paid via the touch screen kiosk which asked me to grab a table tent and enter the code. Place was empty all tables were tent-less. Opted to enter random numbers which were accepted. Nine minutes later my food platter arrived carried by one of three employees I saw while there. One Snack Wrap Ranch, one Snack Wrap Buffalo Ranch (limited time offer) French Fries and a medium Sprite. Wraps were rather dry, needed more sauce. That was a menu option (for 99-cents IIRC). Should have done that. Fries were not salty so thanks for that helpful health tip. Place was clean, quiet, with music 🎵 from McDonald’s radio. One friendly employee Jessica is mopping the floor as I write this review.
