  Well let’s just say the staff there is self-sabotaging itself because I was a regular there and the staff was cool and then like a light switch they just act like they don’t know you or care about service. I use to go there every Friday to get a meal and sit and eat. This last time the app did not take my table number and my transaction went thru because my point on my mc Donald’s app appeared and a new number was given for order number. The staff said they can’t give me the order due to not picking a table number. I said well here’s my receipt via app and new order number and the. Short young kid said your transaction is pending and your not charged and in my head I was no the order did not get canceled and pending means to me cash is out of my account I use cash app for this reason because of the order did not go thru the. It would’ve been cancelled. My funds would’ve been back in my account almost instantly. Argued with staff they all gave me the run around saying my transaction did not go thru on there end. It I seen a large receipt with my name on it with the Trey to give me my order. They suggested I pay again and I was about to but something felt wrong so I left and got a pie at lil ceasers for the same price I would’ve spent at McDonald’s. My transaction occurred on 12/5. After a couple weeks of haggling with corporate the franchise folks reached out and said come by and you can get your funds. I came by and I asked for my refund and they said there system is down. They had a full house of customers eating and a drive thru full of cars everything was running smooth I ask for refund and nope sorry and then they take pictures of my email and laugh at me and walk away. The amount owed to this day is 6.46$ they never refunded my cash then they said come by again our system is back up. I deleted my McDonald’s account and app. I still have not received my refund nor a respond back from corporate or the franchise. Oh well sucks for me I guess lol. Cut them off for 6.46$ bye

  Everything is good, clean, and tidy. The sandwiches are delicious, and the fries are fresh. But the toilet is terribly dirty. Please clean and wash it. It's very dirty.

  The staff at the McDonald’s Full Simp location behave unprofessionally and treat customers disrespectfully. Their conduct does not meet acceptable customer service standards and reflects inadequate staff training and management oversight.

  The food is great and it only takes 1-5 minutes to get your food in the drive-thru depending how many people their are. The staff are nice to and hard working!
