RUDE STAFF AND SLOW SERVICE!
I love Dunkin’ but unfortunately there isnt any near me besides this location, every time I want to get a coffee the staff is usually not friendly, and they act like I’m more of a chore to deal with then a customer. And don’t even bother trying to go inside. They prioritize drive thru more then the customers in the lobby, I went inside one time to get some donuts and 2 coffees before work, I arrived at 9am and waited and waited for someone to give me my coffee or help pick out donuts. I had to ask a worker to help me and they were just saying: “Well what did you order?? What did you order??” As if the receipt wasn’t on the counter waiting for them to read it and make my coffee. I told the worker that the receipt is here and I apologize im just in a lil bit of a rush since I don’t want to be late for work. After 40 minutes I got my donuts and coffees and was late. I let it slide since I assumed it was just a busy morning. Then today happened, Dunkin’ is giving out mittens for people who buy iced coffee, I went through the drive thru but forgot my mitten so I went inside, I waited. Waited some more. Then I had to ask: “hey I’m sorry I was in the drive thru but forgot my mitten” nobody came over to assist me, after asking for help a worker comes up, says: “Huh?” I let him know what happened and he says: “Oh” puts his headset back on, turns around and goes back to what he was doing. I was BAFFLED, he walked straight past the mitten bag as well. I had to stop a worker and ask them again for the third time, and this worker then gave me the mitten and I thanked them. There is 0 excuse why I need to wait so long to be serviced and why I’m treated like an obstacle/chore. It just sucks since it’s the only Dunkin near me and I just wish I could see the level of quality that Dunkin should have.
TLDR: Rude staff, long wait times in the lobby, staff treats you like a chore. But the quality of the food/drinks is still as good as ever!

Love Dunkin but this dunkin is contantly out of glazed donut hole. Will be out at 9am on a Saturday and won’t make more. This is the 6th time this has happened or I would not complain. Out today again at 10:30.
