  For someone that is tolerable with people and completely understands when someone is on edge, the management here is the worst I have ever experienced, with the constant disrespect, and discrimination from them I feel empathy for the people that work their, and talking with some of them I feel even more bad, the constant barking orders and making one employee do everything at once, it makes sense why my food took so long, the skinny lady that’s supposedly a manager, mind you doesn’t act like one, just watches as her employees struggled AND from what I’ve heard they make them do her work, so what is the point of having her their? I have had bad experiences that were made up from the managers apologizing and offering free food to make up for it depending on the service, but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food place, I have never seen employees so over worked that I felt like I was the one behind the counter. I would like to ask where is the leadership and why do they allow this? From what I seen it looks more like a hierarchy than a team effort. Between all of this and the raised prices I will never set foot in this chain ever again.
