  We had another fun family night out at Dave and Busters! Our server was great, and we enjoyed dinner before playing games. Our boys really loved the automated cotton candy machine, too!

  Love Dave and Busters Folsom…. I literally have been coming here too much recently. I needed to redeem a large amount of tickets for some giant stuffies, Hailee was wonderful at helping me with so many large items and was very helpful with what stuffies might be available but not out on display currently. We also had my birthday here a few days ago. Issa, Ally and George were all wonderful. We had a great time. We had friends with us from Mexico who were visiting America for the first time and they had a blast too!

  I had Chelsea as a waitress and she was great! She was personable and prompt. She and a nice gentlemen (whose name I didn’t catch) ensured that my daughter had the last strawberry shortcake that was available. A great little gesture to celebrate her 16th birthday! It was really sweet.

  Chelsea was incredibly genuine from the moment we sat down. You can tell she truly cares about the people she’s serving—not just doing her job, but making sure everyone has a great experience. She was attentive without being overbearing, quick with everything we needed, and had such a positive, upbeat energy the whole time. Our drinks stayed full, food came out smoothly, and she checked in at just the right moments. It honestly felt like she was part of the fun, not just our server. That kind of service is rare. If you’re at Dave & Buster’s, ask for Chelsea—you won’t regret it. She absolutely made our visit.

  We had the most incredible experience celebrating our son’s 10th birthday at Dave & Buster’s Folsom, truly beyond what we could have hoped for! A huge thank you to General Manager John Aguilar, whose leadership and hands-on presence were truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our celebration was perfect, making us feel valued and genuinely cared for. It’s rare to see a leader so involved, attentive, and committed to delivering such a high level of service, his passion for excellence clearly reflects in his entire team. A very special mention to Heather from Event Sales, who was incredibly helpful in preparing and guiding us every step of the way. Her support in planning and steering the celebration made everything seamless and stress-free, and we are so grateful for her expertise and dedication. We also want to recognize Meriam and the wonderful lady who assisted us throughout the event. Your care, attention, and genuine warmth made all the difference. From the delicious food to the outstanding customer service, everything was absolutely topnotch. We truly appreciated how your team kept checking in on us, making sure everything was perfect and that we were enjoying every moment. That level of attentiveness is rare and so appreciated. Being able to play a video presentation for our son while everyone enjoyed their meal made the celebration even more meaningful. The banquet setup was fantastic, and every detail was thoughtfully handled. And the surprises, wow! The human crane experience and the giant cotton candy were such unforgettable highlights. You made our son feel so special, and seeing his joy meant everything to us. Thank you for going above and beyond to create such a memorable celebration. We highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking to celebrate something special!
