  We went to Firebaugh and decided to try pizza factory, big mistake. Our pizzas took over 45 minutes. We ordered a medium combination, a large pepperoni and hot honey wings. The shop was empty so we figured it would not take that long but it did. When I finally went in myself, they finally had it ready. On the way home we were hungry so we tried the wings. It was baked wings with just honey, no hot. They weren’t horrible, but they weren’t what we expected. The combination pizza was undercooked to the point where I grabbed a slice, and it just fell apart. The pepperoni pizza was so greasy we had to pat it off to eat it and it was not tasty at all. We live about 25 minutes away and we have an infant so we couldn’t just go back to return it. But we won’t be going back to try it again. The staff seemed irritated that we kept coming in to check if our pizza was done as it said it would be done at 7:32 PM and it wasn’t done until after 7:45. just as a marker, we ordered the pizza at 6:58 PM on a Tuesday. i’m not sure if it was an off night, but the pizza was less than mediocre and definitely not what we expected. The vegetables on the combination were OK. The bell peppers were very fresh. The meat on both pizzas didn’t taste like good-quality. We paid $69 definitely not worth it. Upsetting to say the least.

  Customer service sucks, arcade machines are old and outdated that they don’t work. Let the workers know all they said was, “ well there is a sign that states play at your own risk”. Although there is a sign it’s way high up where you can’t even see it.
