I can’t trust them to get an order right and always have to double-check the bag. The food rarely tastes fresh; the fries are usually soft, like they made a giant batch and let them sit out for ages. Professionalism is also lacking—I’ve even heard them blasting loud Indian music through the drive-thru. Definitely not up to the standard of other locations. Maybe that's why they don't care since you don't have a choice late at night.
