- RDRoo DFeb 17, 20261.0The store is dirty, poorly stocked. The staff is mostly dismissive and rarely helpful. A lot of the staff are rude, unwilling to do their jobs. This is a very different experience than in Ventura or even Oxnard. The place regularly smells terrible. Please get a new store director before this town grows. Several housing tracks are being built now. If she can't keep the Vons experience up to standards NOW, it'll be a nightmare when the town doubles in residents.

I wouldn't be as put off by the prices if the service was consistently good. If you have a question or need something unlocked, expect to get a stressed out, undersupported employee tell you to wait, and then you will wait for 10 minutes or more.
