I wouldn't be as put off by the prices if the service was consistently good. If you have a question or need something unlocked, expect to get a stressed out, undersupported employee tell you to wait, and then you will wait for 10 minutes or more.

He will put out signs for clearance eggs and dairy but not mark each container. When I got to the checkout, I was told I couldn't have the partially broken, almost expired eggs at half off because the slow working guy hadn't done his job. Then, when he joined the conversation, the checker APOLOGIZED TO HIM FOR INWUIRING ABOUT THE EGGS! She literally pointed at me like I was a tattletale. He regularly stacks dairy so high, the milk isn't refrigerated. I grew tired of returning my dairy so I go when I absolutely have to. Today, I had to. Disgusting. The store director has never contacted me even though I've contacted THEM SEVERAL TIMES. If you ask for genuine help, the office staff becomes condescending, sarcastic and rude. It's like all the slackers are running a store. The store director doesn't know how to order adeqiand I'm tired of it. They constantly run out or will hide stuff in the back to avoid a busy stocking day when the new ad comes out. I have friends that work there. I've asked them to check on things I've asked about but was told there was none of. Currently, there is even a corporate employee there. She's terrible as well. Please get a new store director!! She's running this store terribly! I have pictures of the mile high milk jugs. I sent them to the store director last year. I sent several correspondence. She DOESN'T CARE! While our groceries are the most unaffordable they've EVER BEEN. Change directors before this town opens the new housing structures. This town is getting much more populated. She's inadequate.
