  I placed an online order at 4:12pm for carry out and it said it would be ready within 10-20 minutes. I checked the status of the order and it was ready at 4:30pm. Walked in at 4:35 and had to wait 5 minutes before they asked for our name for the order. There was worker was on the side trying to figure out all the orders and she asked by her coworker to help us, she ignored her and continued to do what she was doing . Someone else came over and asked for the name on the order. I gave my name for the order they said “oh we don’t have your full order , we are missing an item. By this time the lobby area was full of people waiting for orders and they were told the same thing we don’t have your full order. We finally walk out with our order at 4:55. When arriving at home and to eat our food our loaded chicken was Burt and the pizza was not properly cut and I had to recut the pizza and by the time we got home with are food the 3 items that were sitting and waiting for our 4th to be ready were cold.

  I’ve never had an issue with dominos till recently. I ordered online for delivery and it never arrived. I called and they said the driver said it was delivered that he rang the door bell. (I don’t have a doorbell) My door was also open, anyway I called to see if there was something we can do. They said because the driver said it was delivered there was nothing they can do! I was on the phone for almost 30 mins I was running around my neighborhood knocking asking if my pizza was delivered so the lady on the phone can hear everything. They didn’t offer me a refund or to make me a new order or at-least a discount! My order was over 40$ I submitted a complaint online but never heard back from anyone 🤷‍♀️ I let it go but I thought people should know.

  Those people cant read I asks for square cut when i order my pizza because i have issues with my fingers since my cancer and they still cut it regular slice . FAIL

  It’s been almost a year since I order dominos due to the last few times it being so horribly made like the quality was so bad I had to just stop entirely, anywho I’m leaving this review because I just went and picked up my order and idk who changed in staff but the last time any food from there was this good was when Josh was the manager! My pizzas and pasta were so perfectly made I swear it looked like they were made for a commercial bc of how perfect they came out. They were kept hot as well as I took an additional 15 minutes so very very good change in staff or whoever made it with love thank goodness you were hired!
