At 8 dollars a gallon we are done eating the cost. So she returned it and the attitude this women gave her was very inappropriate. Since they added the four self check outs, it is a much better experience. The employees they have stationed there are really friendly and helpful. The new app for digital coupons is frustrating with my glitchy phone that barely gets a signal inside the building, but the self checkout guy explained the options to do ahead of time. I should have asked his name, and I will next time. I wish the old Safeway card just got the same prices as the app, but that's corporate, not the locals. I don't mind shopping there like I used to, but I try to avoid it on busy tourist weekends.
