  Very rude costumer service. Ordered happy meal used my points. When ordering I said cheeseburger please, the lady said ok. Then when I got my food it had no cheese. When I mentioned this, the lady who had taken my order, interrupted me speaking to cut me off and say that reward doesn’t come with cheese I’m gonna have to charge you extra. When I asked how much she said $.50 I said OK I’ll pay that then when she came to run me up she said it would be $.97 so I asked where the other $.47 came from and then I was not gonna pay a whole extra dollar for a piece of cheese Then turn around, cut me off again and exclaimed they’re not gonna pay for the cheese out loud to our manager. And then when the manager comes up to explain it to me, she says that that’s exactly what I told them over her manager Help us. The manager was extremely nice and run us up for sauce packets instead only making it come out to $.54 added. Overall, this employee was extremely unprofessional and very rude and should not be working here. The manager was very kind though and let me finish talking and Worked it out.

  The ice cones are always so small in other McDonald's they make them bigger. Also, you could pay extra for a "large cone" and yet still make them so small. Do better with your cones

  I was in drive through for almost 20 mins. No movement. Not one of them said a word except "$11.62". Almost all the McDonald's around here are slow an disrespectful. Use to be in an out no matter the time of day.

  I can’t remember the last time I had good food at McDonald’s or any other fast food restaurant. I am so disgusted with all of them they serve food that has been sitting under the light for way too long. The fries are not fresh. They’re like cardboard. Chicken nuggets are nasty and I think I’d rather stay hungry.
