    Honestly really disappointed with this visit. I was just trying to grab food for my family, and the drive-thru took way longer than it should have. There was no communication at all about the delay, just sitting there waiting with no explanation. The male worker at the speaker was rude and uptight from the start. His tone felt irritated and dismissive, like I was an inconvenience just for ordering. On top of that, the female worker with glasses didn’t help the situation either, the overall attitude felt unfriendly and unprofessional. I understand places get busy, but when you’re getting food for your family, the last thing you expect is poor attitude and zero courtesy. A simple apology or basic respect would’ve gone a long way. This location seriously needs to improve customer service and efficiency. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to deserve one.

    I was in line on Saturday ,cause couldn't work the machine to order cause it was saying for lunch when I wanted breakfast. But the lady that was busing tables came by she ask if she could help me n I ask for breakfast then she say it's 5 min after 10a so lunch started so me n a couple of other customers said we were there before 10. She as the cooks if the could make some orders of breakfast they agreed n I was so happy wit my Mcgriddle wit egg cheese & sausage. Thank you ladies who were cooking !!
