  My cashier, Karen. Was rude and dismissive of card reader problems. Blamed me for it not reading my EBT card properly, but kept saying that "everyone with that card has that problem". Told me that I hadent swiped/inserted it properly then repeated that "everyone with that card has that problem". When I said that maybe they should get the reader fixed if everyone has that problem, she said "its people with that card that are the problem". Absolutely disrespectful.

  They kept their organization at its peak. Everything is put away in its proper spot, and there is no mess on the floor. The shopping process is fast because everything is so neat. That's the nicest Albertsons I've ever seen.

  This had the best selection and the sweetest people! Exceeded my expectations. A breath of fresh air from most of the rude staff at Rancho Bernardo's Albertsons. The employees are real and the environment is lovely.

  The Fallbrook Albertsons is the only large supermarket within 15-20 miles of Fallbrook. It is a disappointment in many ways. Its Public Restrooms are filthy. Graffiti is scrawled on the walls and stalls, the walls are brown with dirt and detritus is always present on the floors. It is clear that cleanliness is not a priority to whomever manages this business. The produce section is the worst for 100 miles around. The fruit is always bruised, battered with cuts in them. It does seem that the good produce goes to Pavilions, then to Vons and the left over damaged produced is dumped in this Albertsons. I often travel 35 minutes to get to a Ralph’s when I want quality produce. Management seriously needs a refresh in this facility.

  Hello, I want to start by saying that I genuinely enjoy shopping at Albertsons. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and the staff is usually very helpful. I appreciate having this location in the community. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the Pokémon vending machine inside the store. I’ve noticed on multiple occasions that an Albertsons employee “Donna” checks the machine and removes products while on the clock. As a customer who makes a special trip to the store specifically to check the vending machine, it feels unfair to see employees accessing products during their shift before customers have a fair chance. I was under the impression that there may be policies in place about employees purchasing or checking vending machine inventory during working hours, and that purchases should be limited to breaks or off-duty hours to keep things fair for customers. If that is not the case, I would appreciate clarification. I’m bringing this up because I truly enjoy shopping here and would like to see a fair system in place for everyone, especially for customers who drive out specifically hoping to find product in stock.
