- NJNatalie JMar 19, 20261.0I went to get a sandwich and we planned on eating inside the restaurant, the service was great and very friendly no complaints but it was SOOO unbelievably HOT ! I tried to sit and eat but couldn’t even eat my Sandwich as I was melting! I took two bites and had to leave. The employees said the ac was broken and there was nothing they could do. It was 89 today and it felt at least 100+ inside the restaurant not okay! And definitely doesn’t seem fair to employees! They looked sooo red! I won’t be back here until they fix the ac! Terrible !!

Within a few minutes, everyone in line started leaving without ordering because it was that hot! It's honestly making me question the safety of the food. There's no way it's safe to eat when it's 100° in the store. Gross! I don't think the workers deserve this whatsoever

- KKKracetosFeb 20, 20262.0Food is fine, restaurant clean enough no big red flags, just unfriendly service and extremely stingy on portions. Had a coupon for 2 footlongs for $13.99. Went in on my birthday and asked if they did anything cool like free double meat or anything. Met with a very dry response of "i dont think so". Got to the register to pay and use the coupon only to find out it expired a few weeks ago (my bad i didnt notice the fine print thats on me) but hoped he'd have a little grace and honor it since it was my birthday. No wiggle room at all, not even a small discount. Just full price on two sandwiches for a guy on his birthday that had an expired coupon. Just disappointing, technically they didnt do anything wrong but come on.
