  Horrible experience! My son and I were heading back to Boise on 4/11/26 and we were both very hungry. We stoped here and seriously wish he never came inside. Took 45 mins to our food. 45MINS!!!! Seriously, we left and never got our food not to mention we paid $50 for this. Not acceptable!!! Avoid at all costs.

  I received horrible customer service at this location. I usually come to this location to order a hot coffee in the mornings, but my order was prepared incorrectly ( added ingredients, when not asked). When I brought it to the kitchen staff’s attention, instead of accepting the mistake, the employee rolled her eyes and expressed attitude. She then began to argue about my order, stating that I did ask for creamer. When I did ask for a new coffee, I did receive a new coffee, but it was incorrect yet again. So I then simply asked for sugar, and she repeatedly gave me attitude again. I do not think these teens have any clue about customer service, I was not asking for extra food, or a refund. I was only asking for legitimate ingredients a normal coffee has.

  Sury was very rude when helping me with my online order ,I gave her the code to my order she said for me to pull up she then asks for the code again and says it’s not there and ask if I’m lying then she says she can’t help me because she has to go on her brake and that someone else will help me at the other window because she haven’t been there for long so I went to the other and Marie says my online order isn’t there and gives me my order and says she’s not doing this again if it happens.very rude very unprofessional
