- DNDon nSep 8, 20251.0Went in, ordered just a footlong sub that was on the menu board for $16.39, exactly as it was advertised (nothing extra, no drinks, no chips, etc). Went to the register, "That'll be $21.99." I asked why, because the board says it's $16.39 ... "The prices changed, they just didn't change the board yet." That's super shady! I guess the catchy "$5 footlong" song means that this place ADDS $5 to every footlong.
- TGTraci GasawayAug 25, 20251.0Ordered 6” cold cut combo of the day. Asked for it to be toasted. The sandwich was so hard when I bit into it the bread broke off in chunks and crumbles. Could not eat it. I have eaten at many subway sandwich shops as well worked for a few. Never had I received bread so hard as I did today. Will not be returning there again.
