While redeeming it at store in Fairfield CA, clerk could not scan the bar code( 3+ attempts), and told me " IT IS NO GOOD". I tried reaching out to customer service ( failed), head quarter ( failed, online " contact us " ( failed), I felt stranded and saw similar issues dating back to 2020. This review is NOT about food itself but their marketing, redeeming, IT failures, & Most importantly providing NO SUPPORT to their loyal patrons or otherwise. Simply put, Unable to contact for help, & Subway ignores this shamelessly to carry on business as usual. Smart reviewers will know the recourse of actions. No wonder, once a darling, now not in bucket list anymore. Perry.
