  If I could have given this place a a negative star i would. Subway at the mall has the worst customer service. The Big big big mexican girl was very rude. She rolled her eyes every time I tell her what i wanted in my sandwich and wouldn't respond to acknowledge she heard me. She had a rude tone in her respond when she did respond. She seemed bothered being there. She tells me they charge to toast the buns. That's a new one. If grade this place a F because of this employee.

  I've tried several times to call to speak to the manager but the phone just keeps ringing. I love subway, I go there at least once a week, however this location was terrible. The women working seemed to be distracted or unable to understand me while I was ordering. When it came time to pay I had told the woman I wanted my two sandwiches made into combos. One with the cookies & one with the chips. I told her what drinks I wanted as well. She said okay but again wasn't fully listening to me. So when I paid & looked at my receipt I had noticed she charged me separately for everything & never put the drinks or combos deals in. I told her what I had actually wanted & she seemed confused. I told her again so then she gets two small cups & gives me the drinks I had originally wanted & goes here I won't charge you for these so it will even out. I told her no it won't, I know the difference and these cups are small not even the combo size. She just said that's all she could do for me unless I wanted to buy the larger drinks. I asked if maybe her manager could help me & she said no and just walked off.

  Very noisy food court but service was quick and sandwich made well.

  So I went in with a coupon to get a sub for free buy one get one I guess I was a little bit early 20 minutes she told me to wait. I said ok no problem. Then about 20 minutes later she asked me if I'm ready and refuses to take my coupon... May I remind you this is a subway in the mall right next to another sub place.... Yeah their competition is kind of weak but they think there's something because I guess they can't take their own companies coupons. I have another coupon that says buy one get three frankly she got the easy coupon and she couldn't even do it kind of upsetting. Going to another subway now how much you wanna bet they're going to actually take my coupon and get money.

  Theyre (Fresh food) is rotten vegetables ect. Not worth going to again.
