- KPK PNov 30, 20251.0Terrible customer service. Besides haphazardly throwing things into the sandwiches and rolling their eyes, they rushed the customer. If they don't like their job, that's not the customer's fault. They should receive more training on being friendly and respectful.

She yelled at us to close the door, even though we didn’t realize it was still open. When I asked politely if I could pick up my order a little earlier, she gave major attitude and told me, “If you don’t like it, cancel and leave.” I had ordered 18 cookies, and instead of handling it professionally, she rolled her eyes and said, “OMG, really? You took every cookie I had — now I have to make more.” That kind of reaction made me feel really unwelcome as a customer. Also added extra protein and didn’t even get it !! Paid extra I truly wanted to support this business, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. Hopefully management addresses this kind of behavior because no one deserves to be treated like that.
