They do not pay attention to customer requests, which if customer is allergic to the request, it can cause great harm IF NOT BECOME FATAL!!!! MORE OFTEN THAN NOT they get orders wrong. Which i thought it was maybe just a coincidence the 1st, 2nd and 3rd time but NO. I have my thoughts on the reason this happens but I'll keep it to myself. If someone doesn't make their staff/crew tighten up and pay attention to the job and its duties, this location may one day find themselves with a lawsuit on their hands. To the pregnant manager working the drive thru. . .congratulations on your bundle of joy, its truly a blessing, but if your attitude is going to be that nasty at WORK, you should maybe take maternity leave. Do better!
