I usually come to this location to order a hot coffee in the mornings, but my order was prepared incorrectly ( added ingredients, when not asked). When I brought it to the kitchen staff’s attention, instead of accepting the mistake, the employee rolled her eyes and expressed attitude. She then began to argue about my order, stating that I did ask for creamer. When I did ask for a new coffee, I did receive a new coffee, but it was incorrect yet again. So I then simply asked for sugar, and she repeatedly gave me attitude again. I do not think these teens have any clue about customer service, I was not asking for extra food, or a refund. I was only asking for legitimate ingredients a normal coffee has.
