I was waiting online waiting for my food. It was a Latino manager with all the respect. She was so rude to the old man and snatch his money out of his hand and talk to him so low like he’s not even a human being. Corporate office should do something about it

I am writing to share a concern regarding a hygiene issue I experienced at your drive-thru this afternoon.
After placing an order for an ice cream cone via the mobile app, I was asked to pull forward to the second window. While waiting, I observed a staff member hand my order to the driver in the vehicle ahead of me. That customer handled the cone before handing it back to her.
When I reached the window, I asked if the cone was a fresh replacement. I was assured twice that it was; however, the ice cream was already melting and it was clear a new one had not been made.
I am not seeking a refund or compensation. My primary concern is the safety and sanitary implications of re-serving an item that has been handled by another customer. I hope this feedback helps in reinforcing food safety protocols with your team.

the food was cold. we didn’t get our holiday pies we ordered, which cost $10. they didng give us any sauces after we asked. i got food poisoning from them and workers were rude.
