Please remind staff to listen, watch their tone, this young lady on the cash register was very rude. I walked out. Customer service is becoming a lost art. If she was having a bad day, go home or have someone else at the register. I will never give my money to an establishment that lacks customer service for just walking in. Do better!

My fries always fresh and always with plenty in the bag. And just as important, the last time I went in there, the lady who cooks recognized me, and immediately got to working on my order. I never tip for takeout, ever, but for her, I'm going to start. That's quality service you have to appreciate.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
