- RRRukaya RatebNov 16, 20255.0I have been a loyal customer for this location since they literally opened. I have had nothing but amazing customer service each and every time. Even if something doesn’t come out right they always go above and beyond to fix it which is rare but life happens and I don’t hold it against them. My most recent experience was with Hadel and let me say she is so sweet and kind and amazing. She was very entertaining and enthusiastic with her abilities to control the lines, take orders, and make sure we were happy with our drinks. To the other comment JO made on here….i don’t believe it for 1 second that she was in any way anything you falsely said about her. Again I’ve been seeing her work since she started and have been helped by her and the others many times. Thank you to all you Broistas! If you see my car then you know exactly who I am!! Keeep up the amazing job Dutch on Travis!

They kept the energy high without feeling rushed, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. My drink came out perfect super flavorful, balanced, and exactly how I asked for it. The wait time was short even though they were busy, and the vibe overall was just awesome. This location consistently delivers great service, great drinks, and great people. Definitely my go-to spot on Travis!

Went to the counter instead and ordered. Took 20 minutes from the time we ordered to get one drink. During that time only one, the guy was making drinks. The other two women were just restocking. Didn’t know that was a two person job. Then when we asked to see how much longer it would be, we got ignored. The one chick told the other “they already ordered”. Eventually got our drink but never had one bad experience at a Dutch bros location until now.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
