I waited in line again to speak to the manager on duty that apologized and said they would deliver the remaining and 45 minutes later it arrived.... cold!

We were dismissed, ignored and the person at the checkout a bearded guy had a response that was immature, emphasizing that our order had been waiting for extra long. He even started helping the people behind us, who had asked us if we were in line. Which added to the time it took to get what we needed before my partner goes to work tonight. This took a total of 20 minutes because the person ahead of us had their order messed up we waited patiently. We just wanted to grab our box and go and this experience makes me willing to drive to the next town over instead to get pizza. It took us twenty minutes to get there, had I known this is how it would be I would have went somewhere else. Don’t come here it’s not worth the stress, even an online order was made stressful. I barely get anytime off and I work really hard just to not be given the time of day.
