  My daughter and I sat down and it took about 10 minutes for the server to get to us and this point we were ready to order drinks, appetizers, and our entrees. We ordered the calamari, nachos, and steak salad; 1. Our appetizer came out AFTER our entrees. 2. The guacamole on my nachos were brown which indicated it was not fresh. 3. The lettuce that was included on my nachos was brown and wilting. 4. It took 10 minutes for my daughter to get her mango tea. 5. It took about 30 minutes for us to get our food. 6. The quest on my nachos was not sufficiently heated so it was clumsy and thick. 6. The front desk was "closed" so i had to wait about 10 minutes for an employee to walk tk ask if we should seat ourselves. Will never return.

  This establishment is horrible! My husband and I went there a week ago and was seated in the bar area, no big deal. The host gave a menu and said someone will be right with you. 20 mins passed by and we still did not see our waitress and wasn’t even brought water to the table. Another 10 mins go by and still no waitress. While sitting there for 30 mins (it was not very busy) I observed the mangers on shift standing there behind the bar talking and laughing with the bar tender, other waiters and waitresses just standing in the back of the bar socializing. Finally after 40 mins my husband walked to the counter to let them know when had not been helped in 40 mins. It took another 10 mins for someone to come to the table to bring us water and take our order and she had a sassy comment when she came to the table. Another 30 mins passed by and we still had not received our food and when the waitress checked they had not even started on one of our orders. This is when we finally told the waitress to we didn’t want the food and we would pay for our drinks and leave. She went into the kitchen and came out and didn’t come back to the table. 3 mins later a server came to the table with two unfinished order and we sent him back and the waitress told her that we took the food which was a lie, because the waitress saw the guy bring the food and she was even confused because she said she told them to not make the rest. All in all I would not recommend this Dave and Busters to anyone! Very unprofessional

  I waited 1 hour for my food. I also waited over 20 mins at the bar trying to order a drink. It wasn’t even that busy, the bartender focused on taking out all the trash before acknowledging me. Will never be back.

  If you’re looking for a fun eat-and-play vibe in Fairfield, Dave & Buster’s is our go-to. It’s got that classic sports bar feel with tons of big screens, a full menu of American grub, and – hands down – the best arcade setup in the area. Huge selection of games from classics like skee-ball and Pac-Man to the latest ticket-winners, VR experiences, and prize redemption counters loaded with goodies. I always skip the entrees and just get the Chicken Nachos appetizer as my full meal – loaded with tender chicken, cheese, jalapeños, and all the fixings. It’s massive, flavorful, and totally hits the spot every time! The place is great for groups, dates, or family outings (though it can get loud and busy on weekends). Service can vary – sometimes spot-on, other times a bit slow when it’s packed. Overall, 4 stars easy for the entertainment value alone. Curious – what’s your go-to game here to rack up tickets?
