Both were outstanding in their professionalism, warmth, and customer service. The vegetarian bowl was prepared beautifully, with precise portions and a perfect separation of rice and sauces. First I went in to pick up my mobile order and the cashier went out of her way to completely ignore the people waiting for a mobile order. It took about 5-10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence. So I was already a little irritated. My kids are picky so I ordered tacos with only meat. I ordered the youngest 1 taco and the oldest 3. The youngest had a reasonable portion. And the oldest got a miserable tiny portion. When I complained in the app the automated chat said they’ll tell management and then closed the conversation on me when I said they didn’t resolve my complaint. I deleted the app and I will never spend another dollar at this place.
