Just a tip, if you order you ice cream, always watch them to make sure they're getting the right flavor, no matter how many times you and the supervisor tells them which flavor. If not, you'll go home with the wrong order and they'll ask you you bring the wrong ice cream back (melted or not)! Ridiculous request, but I guess that's how they run their store. 😂 Oh and keep an eye on your receipt, some items they'll charge you for a Large when you got a small and they won't correct any of their mistakes not even an apology. Just take the drive to the Baskin Robbins in Suisun. Hopefully you'll have better luck there.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
