I called the store and spoke to the on duty manager Dylan who had a beyond rude tone and told me to either call door dash or come into the store for a refund. After calling door dash and being told to work with five guys I decided to drive to the store and speak to Dylan face to safe. The store was busy tonight, so to give Dylan (the active manager tonight) the benefit of the doubt that maybe he was overwhelmed and busy is no excuse to be rude with a customer on the phone calling in over an online order through their five guys app that was missing an item upon delivery. And then also being a bit confrontational at the counter when I arrived has unfortunately, tainted my opinion of five guys, and I will no longer be supporting this burger chain.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Is the Five Guys veggie sandwich a veggie patty?
Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost.
Our standard veggie is a mix of peppers, onions and mushrooms with or without cheese.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
