Buy one get one Safeway select turkey breast not only did they not have any, they didn’t know when they’d be in. The add started this Wednesday and today is Saturday. The butcher didn’t even know it was in the ad and said he hadn’t seen any.This isn’t the first time I wanted to buy one simple thing and they didn’t have it or would not accommodate. I will say the pharmacy and pharmacist are excellent. Because of this store and repeated bad experiences, I hate Safeway. If you wanna go to a store that knows what customer service is try Raley’s. The only reason I go into the store is because of the pharmacy. Just so disgusted after repeated incidents like this I’m writing this. One more thing I was told by an employee that ever since Covid, they haven’t been able to get orders filled from the warehouse pathetic.
