- JPJanmesh PatelAug 31, 20252.0Service and everyone inside were great, this rating is heavily influenced by the food. Saw the sign saying “New York” bagels so expected the same or similar quality. These bagels are an embarrassment to NYC bagels. The bagel wasn’t toasted enough and the cream cheese was barely visible, this has to be the thinnest layer I’ve ever seen. I would say the bagels are average at best, can get similar quality or better at other national chains.

The bagels were incredible, and when I was unfamiliar with the price, they were patient with me and told me what added extra without getting upset. Some of my old fast food pals hated when people did that, and it takes more restraint than I want to admit. Anyway, I'm very sure this would make a perfect place to stop and get breakfast on the way to work!
