They took great care in making his treat as good as mine. I would definitely return. Props go to Preston and his crew. This was a super busy location, but they took care of everyone with excellence and efficiency. Great job!

I specifically requested the ice in a separate cup so my young son could enjoy the drink later that day. A young man with glasses assisted me at the drive-thru. When I received my order, one cup was full of ice, and the other was only halfway filled with the drink (see attached photo). I paid for a full medium, yet received significantly less than expected. I reached out via email to address the issue and attached the correspondence here for reference. As a customer trying something new, this was disappointing. Accuracy, consistency, and respect for customer requests are essential for a quality brand experience. I hope Dutch Bros uses this feedback to ensure clear communication and correct fulfillment of orders moving forward.

Lately the drinks aren't as filled, which is a shame when your paying $10 a cup and it's already filled with ice. Sign of a bad owner. Staff are all super friendly. A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
