- JMJanina MOct 18, 20255.0This is specifically for LUCY! What a life saver and completely professional. We ordered a custom cake online for another store (El Camino) to be ready by noon on Oct 17. Didn't get a chance to pick up, so came to pick up on Saturday. Around 1330, we walk into a store with only one person on shift. We showed her the order and she went to look for the cake. It wasn't in the front freezer nor the freezer in the back. She calls the manager of the store, and was told to look in a few places, but she was unable to find any proof of my order there. By this point, 4 people walked in since it's a nice Saturday in the high 70s. After the phone call, she apologized because the cake was never made. She offered a cake from the case, refund, and since there was a premade with the flavors we needed, we lucked out. She was clearly panicked about the mess up even though it wasn't her store (she shared with us after), and we reassured her we understood, and also we were fine waiting for her since other customers arrived wanting ice cream. Afterwards, she helped us with the new cake and refund, apologized again. Lucy, thank you so much. Keep smiling and giving amazing customer service.

Normally whenever I crave ice cream in the evenings I’m met at other locations with grim workers who sometimes even ignore me. This location however, I was greeted by two upbeat workers who made friendly conversation with me and helped me pick out a good flavor for a freeze (which are really good)! They told me their names are Kim and Kaia (I hope I’m spelling it right). I hope all the other customers will have the pleasure to receive such wonderful service from such friendly people like I did! Sorry for stopping by 15 minutes before close!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
