Today after they deliver the prescription I got a one question survey in the mail asking me basically if I could take my medication‘s because of the delivery and I said yes. That’s all they asked me and I feel so bad for the people that Work there their staff and the people that deliver the medication‘s and prescriptions for them because they don’t even ask me about them at all. And they’ve been very helpful and very good to me and I know the people that work there are very stressed because they’re always busy. They don’t have enough staff at times I think during the day but they’re very helpful. And theI’m people that deliver the prescriptions are very kind. Also, they’ll wait for me to get to the door. I have a walker. I have to go slowly to the door open it up and they give me my prescriptions. They’re very kind though very patient with me because I’m an older woman I’m 79 years old and need a walker. Safeway should have a better questionnaire or a better review process and no one that they have. Thank you very much Safeway staff & the drivers.
