- GGGenieApr 4, 20262.0Very poor management. Orders are left on the counter for OVER 15 minutes. Customers awaiting orders sit outside in pick-up the entire time, being told their order is being made, when in reality it's sitting on the counter getting cold and soggy. Dining area isn't kept clean, either. So, dine at your peril, I guess.
- JYJennifer YamauchiApr 2, 20261.0After asking if my kids soda could be substituted for a lemonade or a chocolate milk for his happy meal, I was met with resistance and was asked to pay for an upgrade since the lemonade and chocolate milk are more expensive. I said, its included in the meal. I figured she was confused, and then she went to ask a manager. At some point, the asian fenalek lead came over, apologized and accommodated my request. Thank you to her and her help! I had accidentally ordered a carbonated drink was simply requesting a substitute. I have never been met with so much argument for a kids SMALL drink. We did enjoy our meal, just disappointed that a simple substitution was met with so much resistance. Again, thank you to the female lead this evening.

The line was not moving, when the two customers in front of me got service at 9:43 I pulled up to the next window no one was there, went inside and staff members were talking to people that were seated, waited for service, no one came to the counter, and I just left. That's the 2nd time in two weeks that drive thru was either very slow or nonexistent at this McDonald's.
