Yesterday I placed a mobile order on the app and something went wrong on the store locations end to which they never got the order. The girl told me by tomorrow I’d get a refund which was not the case. Today at 3:15 I visited the location and asked for a refund because the charges were never dropped and the man who was there said he had the power to refund but he wasn’t going to do that for me because he didn’t have proof even though the female employee who has been trying to help me said yeah your order never went through and I have my receipts. I come here ALL the time and it’s a bad business model when you’re not willing to give me my money back $26 versus the hundred and hundreds I spend every year. Subway took my money for zero product and services received. I’m filing a chargeback with my bank and I will never come here again.
